After the fact We had about 360 paying visitors attending. There were also more than 100 people from Murphy's Heroes and other clubs who helped organise the event and who demonstrated lots of participation games.

Introduction

On Saturday september 25th Murphy's Heroes will organise Murphy Mania for the 8th time. This yearly convention will have something to offer to everybody in the hobby. During the first day we will have lots of demos to show different aspects of the hobby, but there will also be lots of participation games that you can try out yourself. The participation games will use simple rules so that every visitor can join in the fun. There will also be several traders who will be willing to exchange your money for board games, books, card games or pewter miniatures. On Sunday september 26th there will be a megagame with a 16th century Japanese Samurai theme. The title is "The enemy is in the Honno-ji!". On Sunday there will be no convention, only the megagame. To give you an idea of the size of the megagame, last year the fantasy megagame had about 50 participants.

During Murphy Mania Murphy's Heroes together with clubs from Holland and abroad will present a large number of demo and participation games. There will also be some live RPG and reenactment clubs who will do their bit to add to the usual atmosphere. We expect to have demo's and participation games in the following categories:
